About this role
Little Elf Lighting is hiring a Seasonal Christmas Light Installer in Rockford, IL, paying $22 to $25 an hour. You need a valid driver’s license and real comfort on ladders and rooftops, since the work means installing professional holiday lighting on homes and businesses across Northern Illinois and the Chicagoland suburbs from October through January.

You bring a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to our Rockford shop or crew meeting location, and the insurance standing a company vehicle requires.
You bring the strength to lift about 50 lbs, comfort on ladders and rooftops, and the flexibility for longer days and some weekends during peak season.
Who We Are:
Little Elf Lighting installs professional holiday lighting on homes and businesses throughout Northern Illinois and the Chicagoland suburbs.
We run crews from October through January and are growing into permanent lighting work beyond the holiday season.
We teach the technical skills. We look for installers who bring the reliability and attitude to match.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Install and remove professional Christmas lighting and décor.
Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and around residential and commercial properties.
Load and unload materials and use basic hand tools.
Keep job sites clean and professional.
Help keep installations on schedule.
