Parts Assistant

Appliance Connection is hiring a Parts Assistant in Hoover, AL, paying $14 to $16 an hour based on experience. You will help customers with parts questions by phone, online, and in person, process parts orders and returns, and keep the parts department running smoothly. Paid training is provided, with growth opportunities as we continue to grow.

• You bring a high school diploma, previous customer service experience, and strong computer skills.

• You bring experience with corporate phone systems or switchboards.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Answer incoming parts department calls and help customers in person and online.

• Provide accurate updates on parts order status and requests.

• Process parts orders, changes, and returns according to department policies.

• Check on back-ordered and returned parts and update records accordingly.

• Listen, document, and help resolve customer concerns about parts.

• Give management timely feedback on challenges or customer concerns.
