The opportunity
About this role
Oasis Gutters & Roofing is hiring a Lead Gutter Installer / Crew Foreman in Monroe County, NY, paying an average of $40 to $60+ an hour through revenue percentage pay. You will lead your own crew and company truck, install seamless gutters and soffit/fascia on residential and commercial properties, and make sure every homeowner is satisfied with the finished job. This is a full-time seasonal role with a peak season from March through December. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Who You Are:
You bring 2+ years of seamless gutter installation experience, or 2+ years of siding or roofing experience.
You are a natural leader who can manage yourself and a crew while solving problems on the fly.
You take pride in top-tier workmanship and want your efficiency and quality to drive your paycheck.
You are comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
You are punctual, dependable, and available to work 40 hours per week during peak season.
You bring a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, are qualified to drive company trucks and is OSHA 10 certified, but can get certified once hired.
You provide your own hand tools, including pouch, drill, batteries, and snips.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Meet at our warehouse and drive the company truck to job sites with your crew.
Lead day-to-day job site operations and manage your crew members.
Install high-quality seamless gutters and soffit/fascia on residential and commercial properties.
Maintain truck inventory, tools, and equipment.
Walk homeowners through completed work, answer their questions, and secure high customer satisfaction.
Complete a final quality inspection and a thorough clean-up before leaving every site.
