About this role
SSA Group at Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is hiring Food Service Associates in Columbia, SC, paying $13 to $15 an hour. You will serve Zoo guests at our food, beverage, and concession locations, run the register, and support daily food prep. We have 30 openings and are looking for people who can start ASAP.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, guest-first attitude.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and a sharp problem solver.

You bring cash handling or cashier experience with register or POS knowledge.

You can work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Greet and serve Zoo guests at food, beverage, and concession locations.
Take orders, run the register, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
Support daily food prep and keep stations stocked.
Keep service areas clean, safe, and guest-ready.
Deliver SSA EXTRA Guest Service as part of a collaborative team.
