Customer Care Representative (CCR)
The Mission: Handle inbound phone calls, form fills, lead data, and convert them into appointments for us to consult with homeowners about their home improvement projects.
The Goal: Ensure 100% departmental accuracy, provide high-level reporting, and mentor our Junior Ninjas to success.
The day to day: You will manage our inbound lead funnels in Go High level, answer customer questions, assist in customer service calls, and support the sales team.
YOUR CORE SKILLS
Conversion Mastery: You don’t just “take messages.” You win people over. You are a master of curiosity-based questioning, ensuring our Project Consultants meet with the right people at the right time.
Data Wizardry: You find “empty fields” in a CRM offensive. You navigate JobNimbus, GoHighLevel, and Calendly like a pro, ensuring our reporting is always pristine.
Communication Ninja: You can turn a frustrated caller into a loyal fan with your poise and professional authority. You follow the customer support SOPs to the letter to protect our 5-star reputation.
English Mastery: Superior written and verbal US English is mandatory. You must be able to connect naturally and authentically with US homeowners.

The 60-Minute Rule: You are a ninja of speed, responding to every inquiry within 60 minutes.
