About this role
Joe Taylor Restoration is hiring a Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL, paying $200,000 to $450,000 a year, including performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission and incentive earning potential. You will oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the branch, leading both office and field teams to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability. A valid driver's license is required.
Who You Are:
You are a driven, high-performing leader motivated by growth, accountability, and results.
You bring 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or management.
You have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
You have experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
You hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) and a valid driver's license.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead, coach, and hold field and office teams accountable to performance goals.
Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all projects.
Manage staffing, equipment, and resources to maintain production capacity.
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team, and conduct performance evaluations.
Monitor and drive KPIs for Estimators and Project Team Leaders.
Review and approve job costing and billing in a timely manner.
Partner with senior leadership to drive branch growth, and serve as an Estimator or Project Team Leader on large losses when needed.
