About this role
Sea Island is hiring a Caretaking Senior Coordinator in St. Simons Island, GA, with pay between $50,000 and $55,000 a year. The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in property management, hospitality operations, maintenance coordination, or dispatch, plus solid Microsoft Excel skills. You will dispatch maintenance teams, coordinate with vendors, and keep every work order moving across Sea Island's portfolio of premium properties.

You are a clear communicator who homeowners and vendors trust to give them a straight answer.
You bring experience with Breezeway or a similar property operations and work order platform.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
You bring the organization to manage competing priorities across multiple properties, plus the stamina to work at a computer across multiple screens for long stretches, walk properties and climb stairs during site visits, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in any weather when needed.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Dispatch and track daily maintenance and caretaking tasks across multiple properties using Breezeway
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance technicians, and internal team members to get tasks done on time
Monitor task progress in real time and adjust assignments as priorities shift
Confirm job notes, photos, status updates, and invoices are entered correctly
Review work order details, estimates, and recommendations with homeowners
Identify and escalate urgent or guest-impacting issues so they get resolved fast
