Electrical Sales Specialist

Volt Vikings is hiring an Electrical Sales Specialist in Oro Valley, AZ, paying $25 to $28 an hour as a recoverable draw against commission, with top performers earning $80,000 to $120,000+ per year. You will run company-provided appointments with homeowners, diagnose electrical needs on site, and turn that technical knowledge into sales. At least 4 years of residential electrical experience, prior sales experience, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record are required.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a residential electrician.

• You have prior sales experience and the drive to close.

• You can look at a panel, a circuit, or a job site and quickly tell a customer what they need and why.

• You can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.

• You are confident and professional with homeowners and can present options without pressure.

• You are comfortable with software for estimates and customer records, and ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.

• You bring a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• You value safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Close sales and hand off job details to the install team.

• Follow up on open estimates and keep customer records organized.

• Apply electrical codes and safety standards in every recommendation.
