J Bell Services is hiring a Holiday and Permanent Lighting Estimator in Farmers Branch, TX. Pay runs $18-25 per hour based on performance.
Who You Are:
You talk pricing and objections without flinching, and help clients decide with confidence.
You take pride in following every lead through to a final decision.
You treat every customer like a long term relationship, not a one time sale.
You bring sales experience, home service sales a plus, CRM discipline, and a valid license with clean record. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Door-knocking experience is a plus.
Who We Are:
J Bell Services has served Dallas Fort Worth homeowners since 2008 with sprinkler repair, sprinkler systems, LED landscape lighting, and holiday lighting installation.
We are growing our team of Lighting Estimators who build lasting client relationships.
We run on accountability, integrity, a growth mindset, and high standards.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Knock on doors to book estimate appointments.
Meet clients on site, by phone, or virtually to evaluate lighting projects.
Build estimates from measurements, photos, and notes.
Present Christmas, permanent, and landscape lighting options with confidence.
Follow up through to a final decision and log activity in the CRM.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour. If sales targets are not met, the pay structure transitions to base pay plus commission.
Full time, onsite, 7 AM to 5 PM in Farmers Branch and the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Health insurance contribution of $250 a month after your 90 day introductory period.
5 days paid vacation, 5 PTO days, and 7 paid holidays a year.
