About this role
We are hiring a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting across our growing portfolio of plumbing companies. The role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, on a hybrid schedule. You need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and eight or more years of progressive accounting experience, including time as a Controller, Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, or in an equivalent leadership role. Each month you will close the books across multiple entities and give leadership clear reporting by brand and by branch. As we add companies, you will bring each new business into one clean set of books.

You bring strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting that holds up under audit.
You bring experience leading month-end close and consolidations across multiple entities.
You bring the systems skills to run modern accounting software and reporting tools.
You bring experience managing and developing an accounting team.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Own the monthly close across multiple entities, brands, and locations.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and the monthly reporting packages for leadership and our private equity sponsor.
Build reporting by brand and branch on revenue, margins, EBITDA, and cash flow.
Oversee receivables, payables, and cash management to keep working capital on track.
Support financial diligence on acquisitions and lead accounting integration when we bring a new company on board.
