About this role
SSA Group at Zoo Atlanta is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA, paying $20 to $23 an hour. The role calls for 2+ years of operations management experience, ideally in hospitality or attractions, plus ServSafe certification. You will help run front of house food operations and guest service at one of Atlanta’s best known cultural attractions.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead front of house food operations with a focus on team coaching, guest satisfaction, and compliance.
Oversee scheduling, hiring, and development of staff.
Maintain POS systems, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
Manage payroll, inventory, invoicing, and vendor relationships.
Partner with client leadership to align on service quality and goals.
