The opportunity
About this role
At Bright On Time, our name is a promise. We show up when we say we will, and we leave every home better than we found it. We're looking for reliable, responsible people in Glendale who take pride in doing the job right the first time and treat every homeowner like a neighbor. If you show up ready to work, pay attention to the details and care about the customer as much as a streak-free window, we'd love to meet you.
Bright On Time Window Cleaning is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician in Glendale, AZ. This is a part-time role, typically 15-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that often includes weekends. You need to be 18 or older and comfortable climbing ladders and roofs up to 40 feet, and the company trains you to do it safely. You will spend your days outdoors cleaning windows, pressure washing, and cleaning solar panels instead of sitting behind a desk.
Who You Are:
You take pride in leaving every window, driveway, and solar panel spotless, catching the details other people miss.
You are reliable and trustworthy, and you show up ready to learn something new every day.
You care about the people you work with and the homeowners you serve.
You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
You bring the strength to lift 75 pounds, stay on your feet all day, and work outside in any weather.
You bring a smartphone with a data plan, a smoke free lifestyle, and the ability to pass a background check.
