R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC is hiring a Sales Manager in Columbus, OH. Pay runs $90,000 to $125,000 a year, plus a $3,000 sign on bonus. You need 4+ years of sales experience in electric, plumbing, or HVAC, and Yoder will train you on the rest.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales reps across electric, plumbing, and HVAC
Run sales calls and quote jobs across all three trades
Close sales and hand off confirmed work to the field teams
Coach reps on explaining work clearly and step in on tough calls
