Bookkeeper

YetiBooks is hiring a Bookkeeper in Flagstaff, AZ. You will keep the books accurate and up to date for home service business owners, reconcile accounts, support month-end close and payroll, and help clients understand their numbers in plain English. Bookkeeping experience and working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero are required.

• You are a problem solver who digs into discrepancies until they are resolved.

• You bring at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero.

• You are comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Categorize transactions and keep client books accurate and current.

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.

• Support month-end close and prepare financial statements like the P&L and balance sheet.

• Follow up with clients on missing receipts and uncategorized charges.

• Support payroll processing and tax preparation.

• Answer client questions about their numbers and work closely with our profit coaching team.
