About this role
Stumpf’s Outdoor Services is hiring a Snow Team Helper in Roseville, MI to join its residential snow and ice crew this winter. Pay runs $22 to $25 per hour, plus bonus opportunities (bonuses depend on attendance and performance, and hours vary with the weather). You will need a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to the Roseville location, and the availability to work snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. On event days, you will clear walkways, steps, and porches that machines cannot reach, working alongside your Team Leader on an assigned route.

You are a team player who works well alongside others and follows your Team Leader’s direction without missing a beat.
You take pride in the small details, clearing every step and porch corner completely, not just the parts that are easy to reach.
You love being outside and do not mind physical work in tough winter weather.
You bring the stamina to work long hours outdoors in cold and snow. Event shifts can run 10 to 12 hours or more.
You bring snow or landscape experience if you have it, though it is not required to apply.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Clear walkways, steps, porches, and areas our equipment cannot reach.
Follow your Team Leader’s direction and work safely through each stop.
Stay with your team until the assigned route is complete.
Complete paid training and take care of company equipment.
