Director of Production

Property Revolution is hiring a Director of Production. You will lead our production department across two home improvement brands, Property Revolution and Howe Patio and windows as we scale past 750 projects per year in 2027. You will own the hiring, training, quality and financial performance of the teams production. 10+ years in residential construction or production management, including at least 3 years leading a team through growth, is required.

Who You Are:

• You are a captain of the ship who wants single-point accountability and is comfortable being judged on the whole division's results.

• You lead leaders, building, developing, and holding accountable the crew leaders and project managers responsible for the work.

• You see production as one connected system and make the call to move jobs and crews between trades without drama.

• You can see through the chaos and create order through continuous improvement.

• You keep the Owner, managers, sales, and customers informed before they have to ask.

• You bring 10+ years in residential construction production, including 3+ years leading multiple crews.

• You are comfortable with JobNimbus, CompanyCam, or similar digital tools, and have working knowledge of MIOSHA / OSHA residential safety practices.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Build the production plan from the sales forecast.

• Lead your direct reports through weekly GSRs and a division scorecard, holding them accountable to schedules and quality.

• Own division gross profit, ensure job costs are captured, and report results.

• Allocate crews, jobs, and subcontractors across trades and make the final resource calls.

• Hire, develop, and train crews ahead of growth.

• Set inspection, CompanyCam documentation, and MIOSHA safety standards across every trade, and serve as the final escalation point for production customer issues.

• Sit on the leadership team.
