Property Revolution is hiring a Production Manager for Exterior home improvements in West Michigan. You will build the weekly schedule, cost every job, and handle customer issues in your trade group yourself. You will have a team of great crew leaders that you will be responsible to lead and develop.

Who You Are:

·        You run your lane like an owner, spotting what the trade group needs and taking care of it before anyone has to ask.

·        You switch gears all day between a crew emergency and routine follow up, and nothing falls through the cracks.

·        You lead through your crew leaders, building people up and holding the standard on every site, and you are able to collaborate internally to ensure that the team can execute on the big picture.

·        You bring job costing fluency, reading actual versus sold margin on a live job and catching it before it slips, along with scheduling ownership for a multi-crew operation that flexes around weather, material, and crew availability.

·        You bring experience managing multiple crews or crew leaders at once, sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors, working knowledge of safety practices, and comfort with production software like JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and ADP.

·        Property Revolution is a roofing and deck contractor serving homeowners in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area since 2017.

·        We are restructuring our production department into two trade groups, Roofing & Siding and Decks and other exteriors.

·        Trade groups share crews with each other as workload shifts between seasons, so no one team carries the load alone.

What You Will Do Each Day:

·        Build and run the weekly production schedule for decks, fences, windows, and patio covers, covering crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

·        Re-sequence the schedule around weather, material, and crew availability, and keep customers, crews, and the office current on every change.

·        Cost every job and track labor and material usage against the estimate while it is running.

·        Visit active job sites each week for inspections and crew check ins, and run the final walkthrough with the customer.

·        Lead and train crew leaders, installers, and subcontractors on Property Revolution's installation standards.

·        Own customer issues in your trade group and communicate proactively on scheduling, delays, and project updates.

·        The trade group is set to grow 15 to 20 percent a year, with room to grow as the production structure matures.

·        You will run your own trade group end to end and lead through your crew leaders rather than clearing every decision through someone else.
