Production Manager

Window Fellas is hiring a Production Manager in Issaquah, WA. Pay runs $95,000 to $120,000 a year, plus a quarterly bonus up to 10 percent of base. You need 5+ years in window and door installation or a related trade, including 2+ years leading a crew, and you will own daily production from job prep.

Who You Are:

• You are a steady leader who holds your crew accountable and talks straight with homeowners.

• You take pride in finishing a job so clean that nobody ever sends a callback.

• You bring know how in retrofit and full frame installs, flashing, water management, and field measurements, plus experience coordinating materials, inventory, and multiple jobs with software to document the work.

• You bring a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the strength to lift window and door units weighing 50 to 100 pounds.

Who We Are:

• Window Fellas installs windows, doors, and skylights for homeowners across Issaquah and the Greater Seattle area.

• The team handles custom replacements, glass repairs, and skywall installs, matching each homeowner with the right fit.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Lead daily production from job prep through installation.

• Manage two lead installers, a helper, and subcontractors, and set the standards they follow.

• Coordinate field measurements, verify job details, and run quality checks.

• Order materials and manage inventory so crews have what they need.
