Make a difference where it matters. As a Seasonal Retail Associate at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences while supporting a mission dedicated to ocean conservation and sustainability.

About the Role

Join the SSA Group team at the Monterey Bay Aquarium for a seasonal opportunity where retail meets purpose. You’ll provide exceptional service to aquarium guests while helping maintain welcoming, organized retail spaces that support the overall guest experience.

This is a seasonal position with a maximum employment period of 120 days. Employment will end once the 120-day period has been reached. At the end of the season, the employee must be terminated and cannot be rehired for at least 13 weeks.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests of all ages

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked retail displays

• Assist with inventory tracking and guest product requests

• Follow safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an excellent guest experience

• Support a welcoming environment that reflects the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s commitment to conservation and sustainability

Pay & Perks

$17.00 per hour

Schedule & Location

On-site at the Monterey Bay Aquarium
