About this role
Fast Layne Plumbing is hiring a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher in Phoenix, AZ, paying $50,000 to $60,000 a year based on experience. You will run the installation calendar, dispatch crews to residential and commercial plumbing jobs, and keep customers, technicians, and management in the loop. Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required.
Who You Are:
You are highly organized and take ownership of a busy schedule from start to finish.
You have hands-on ServiceTitan experience and can hit the ground running on day one.
You bring dispatching or installation coordination experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services.
You know plumbing installs like water heaters, repipes, and sewer replacements.
You communicate clearly in writing and on the phone, and stay professional and positive when plans change at the last minute.
You make quick, sound decisions and work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial plumbing installation projects.
Dispatch installation crews and technicians to scheduled jobs efficiently.
Manage scheduling, job assignments, customer information, and project updates in ServiceTitan.
Confirm installation dates, arrival windows, and project details with customers.
Make sure materials, equipment, permits, and job information are lined up before each install.
Work with installation managers, sales reps, and field techs to handle delays, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
Schedule inspections, follow-up visits, and outstanding installation items.
