Plumbing Sales Supervisor (Drain and Sewer Division)

Capri Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Sales Supervisor in Irvine, CA. You need at least 5 years of plumbing sales experience and real knowledge of the two man sales process, teaming with a partner to prospect, quote, and close business with contractor, builder, and homeowner accounts.

Who You Are:

• You are a proven producer with a track record of hitting your numbers, who creates new business and grows existing accounts

• You are a natural communicator who builds relationships that turn a first visit into a repeat account

• You take pride in managing a territory with strong follow through, and love closing a deal that started cold

• You bring experience selling plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipe, or valves, plus comfort running quotas and a CRM

• You bring a valid driver's license and the willingness to spend significant time in the field
