Force Roofing Systems is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Franklin, TN, earning $65,000 to $100,000+ a year through commission and bonuses. Sales experience is not required. You need a valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record, and you start with four weeks of paid training before your first inspection.

Who We Are:
We are a GAF Master Elite Contractor.
We back installations with a 25-year workmanship warranty and also handle gutter and siding work.
We provide expert witness roof evaluations for legal disputes.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Knock doors two to three hours a day, five days a week, building referrals with insurance agents and realtors.
Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding using the training we give you.
Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations.
Own the sales cycle from estimate to close, building pipeline through our CRM, social media, and local events.
