LOXLEY Roofing is hiring a Selections Coordinator (Design Consultant) in Cashiers, NC. Pay is [SALARY_RANGE]. You need sales experience in home services or a similar client facing field such as real estate, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits. You will guide clients from the first conversation through design selections and into pre construction planning for mountain homes in the area.

You bring sales experience in home services or a similar client facing field, along with the ability to meet with clients and understand their goals, style, and budget.
You bring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client home visits, plus the follow through to document details and coordinate with estimators and project managers.
Who We Are:
LOXLEY inspects, repairs, and installs roofing systems for mountain homes.
The company works throughout Cashiers, Highlands, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway, and the surrounding communities of Western North Carolina.
You will help clients shape the look and feel of their roofing projects from the very first conversation.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Meet with clients in their homes to understand their goals, style, and budget.
Translate client ideas into clear design direction and selections.
Present proposals and refine recommendations based on client feedback.
Document project details, decisions, and open questions after every appointment.
Coordinate with estimators and project managers to keep designs buildable and on budget.
Travel locally between client appointments across the service area.
