About this role
Force Roofing Systems is hiring a Commercial Roof Service Sales Manager in Franklin, TN to grow its commercial roof service division. Pay runs $65,000 to $70,000 a year as a base salary, plus commission and performance bonuses, and the role calls for experience in commercial roofing, roof service, or construction sales, along with knowledge of flat-roof systems. You will inspect low-slope and flat commercial roofs, sell preventative maintenance programs, and manage each service job from the first call through invoicing.

You bring the organization to manage multiple service jobs and customer accounts at once, plus comfort using a laptop, CRM software, and basic estimating and invoicing tools.
You bring a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Call on commercial building owners, property managers, and facility managers to generate new business.
Perform roof inspections and assess conditions, issues, and repair needs.
Document findings with photos and prepare inspection reports and proposals.
Sell preventative maintenance programs and recurring service agreements.
Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to schedule and complete service jobs.
Prepare invoices and follow up on completed work.
